Top SchoolJyotsna Ravikumar is an AI advisor and seasoned engineering leader with 20+ years of experience delivering scalable, production-grade systems across healthcare and fintech. She architects agentic, FHIR-native clinical workflows and recently built FreshFleet, a seven-agent AI system that combines vision, physics-informed simulation, LLM reasoning, and rigorous automated testing to optimize perishable-warehousing operations. At Microsoft she led SMART on FHIR MLOps powering 20+ clinical NLP models with sub-100ms p95 and helped cut $600M in annual datacenter waste through AI-driven optimization. Known for operating at the intersection of strict regulatory standards (FHIR, HIPAA, DICOM) and modern ML platforms (AKS, Azure OpenAI, RAG), she consistently ships resilient services with five-nines uptime. She scales teams and practices the “unglamorous” leadership work—capacity planning, SLO-driven reliability, and honest performance management—that turns prototypes into reliable production. Based in the Bay Area and grounded in biomedical engineering, she combines deep domain fluency with pragmatic system design to solve high-stakes problems.
