Top SchoolKailash Sudhakar is a product-minded engineering leader based in Limerick, Ireland, currently directing Web & Social at PromptQL after rapid internal progression from Growth Marketing Manager. He blends design, development, deployment and analytics—having led full rewrites of high-stakes platforms (fraud management at ACI Worldwide, Carzuo at GM) and established central UI architecture teams to scale frontend standards. Comfortable across full-stack and data/analytics domains, he has a track record of mentoring teams (3–7 engineers) and driving cross-functional alignment with stakeholders and executives. His background in information and network security (MSc) informs pragmatic, security-aware engineering choices in web services. Colleagues describe him as equally at home in hands-on implementation and in shaping product-growth strategy, a combination reflected in his GitHub motto: Design - Dev - Deploy - Track - People.
