Senior🎓
Top SchoolKaitlyn Allan is a seasoned founder and infrastructure-first engineer with over two decades of experience building resilient, production-grade systems and bringing applied AI into real products. From pioneering large-scale domain classification with early gradient-descent and eigenvector techniques to architecting dual-datacenter, ISO 27001-aligned platforms that survive Melbourne Cup traffic spikes, she blends deep systems pedigree with practical ML/AI delivery. At Entain she ran the infrastructure for real-time fraud detection and rebuilt developer workflows as Innovation Technical Lead, and today co-runs WAGMI Labs to teach and deliver AI-assisted development that actually works in production. She prefers pragmatic, hands-on change over hype, designing segmented, agentic AI workflows and quality-gated pipelines that accelerate delivery without degrading reliability. An entrepreneur who has shipped one of WoW’s most popular addons and maintained her own global server farms, Kaitlyn uniquely understands both the demands of massive user communities and the subtleties of scaling AI in regulated environments.
