Top SchoolKaitlyn Hova is a seasoned engineering leader, founder, and CTO with 11 years of hands-on experience shipping frontend platforms, design systems, payments, and AI-powered products at scale from San Francisco. She co-founded Hova Labs (creator of the open-source Hovalin 3D-printable violin) and now leads technical strategy at multiple ventures including Canopy and The A Team Project, blending product vision with end-to-end architecture and execution. Kaitlyn is known for building humane, maintainable systems—Figma-to-code pipelines, type-safe design token tooling, and internationalization frameworks—that bridge design, engineering, and AI. She has a track record of scaling teams through transparent leveling frameworks and shipping production payment UX, fraud ML infrastructure, and SDKs. With a neuroscience degree and a background as a violinist with sound-color synesthesia, she brings a rare creative-research lens to technical problems and live performance visuals. Open to founding, advisory, and speaking roles that intersect AI, consumer safety, frontend infrastructure, and creative R&D.
