Top SchoolKarl Nikka is an author and IT security specialist with nine years of experience focused on Security Awareness training and practical cybersecurity education. As founder of Nikka Systems and a long-time creator of widely used training materials, he blends hands-on security practice with engaging educational content. His books and training programs—rooted in a background producing tech textbooks and free online content—have a track record of reaching broad audiences in Sweden. At Kjell & Company he built and scaled staff training, e-learning and SEO-driven content programs that helped sell over 400,000 printed copies of instructional books. He serves on the steering committee at Malmö Yrkeshögskola, bridging industry and vocational education. Based in Malmö, his mix of theological studies and “paranoid” cybersecurity curiosity gives him an uncommon perspective on communication and risk.
