Top SchoolKarthik Dantuluri is a Senior Manufacturing Engineer with nine years of hands-on experience in quality and manufacturing across medical and aerospace sectors, specializing in ISO 13485, AS9100, and Six Sigma-driven process improvements. A certified lead auditor, he has led validation, lean manufacturing, and product/process design initiatives that measurably improved product quality and manufacturing efficiency. His background spans roles at Zimmer Biomet, Viant Medical, Tecomet, and Tata Consultancy Services, giving him a pragmatic blend of shop-floor execution and system-level quality assurance. Karthik pairs technical engineering skills with formal study in industrial engineering and strategic management, enabling him to translate complex regulatory requirements into auditable, sustainable processes. He is known for proactively implementing controls that reduce defects and drive bottom-line results, and he brings a subtle operator’s mindset—treating metrics and manufacturability as design constraints rather than afterthoughts. Based in Warsaw, Indiana, he balances continuous improvement rigor with a curiosity-driven approach hinted at by his playful GitHub handle, "ready player @sdan."
