Senior🎓
Top SchoolKashif Razzaqui is a seasoned technology leader and founder with over two decades of experience building and scaling petabyte-class distributed systems and AI infrastructure. He has led critical AI infra programs at Meta—driving billions of computations per second across Reality Labs and broader AI stacks—and served as CTO and engineering head at high-growth companies like Shuttl, Kayako, and 1mg. Kashif combines startup grit with enterprise rigor, having founded multiple ventures and worked in process-heavy environments earlier in his career (including a Six Sigma Blackbelt role at GE). His strengths lie in translating research-grade AI and infra problems into production-ready platforms that serve massive user bases. Now based in Gurugram and founding a stealth startup to bring AI to a major global industry, he blends hands-on systems engineering with strategic product and organizational leadership. A practical polymath, he pairs deep distributed-systems expertise with business-focused execution informed by cross-industry experience.
