Top SchoolKashish Gupta is a founding engineer and technology leader with 12 years of experience building full-stack MERN platforms, DevOps pipelines, and AI/LLM integrations from Berlin. He has progressed from hands-on MEAN/MERN engineering to leading and managing teams, shipping e-commerce and recruitment/training products that integrate complex third-party ecosystems like payments, billing, and translation services. At Stealth he’s focused on generative AI solutions for talent and training, blending product-minded engineering with deployment and infra ownership. His background includes architecting Node.js backends and reusable boilerplates that scaled B2B marketplaces and retail integrations across Europe. Inspired by an entrepreneurial family culture, he pairs a founder’s grit with a seeker’s curiosity—starting with his first desktop at 14—and a drive to create products people love.
