Top SchoolKasia Lach is a Senior Frontend Engineer based in Warsaw with seven years of experience blending visual design sensibility and modern React engineering to build polished, user-focused web applications. Transitioning from a decade of graphic design and art direction into frontend development, she leverages strong composition, typography and DTP discipline to elevate UX and UI consistency in complex products. At Samsung and OLX Group she delivered analytical React-Redux tooling and production-grade features using TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, RTK Query and charting libraries like D3/Victory. Comfortable across design and engineering, she ships well-tested interfaces (React Testing Library, Jest) and thrives on turning design constraints into maintainable code. An observant collaborator, she often notices subtle visual and interaction details others miss, which helps teams improve product polish and accessibility.
