Summary
👤
SeniorKat Kuzmeskas is a strategic operator and founder with nine years of experience driving mission-critical launches, operational transformation, and privacy-first data products across healthcare, tech, and social impact. As a fractional operations and strategy lead and founder of Tamarin Health, she blends hands-on interim leadership with deep expertise in HIPAA/GDPR-compliant analytics and confidential computing, having secured $1M+ in NSF STTR funding. She has a proven track record of rapid, revenue-generating product builds (including a 48-hour COVID pivot and an 8-week mobile launch) and of designing data systems that cut administrative hours and boosted compliance by nearly 40%. Comfortable advising C-suite teams and academic founders at Yale Ventures, Kat brings a founder’s lens to execution, scaling distributed teams and complex cross-functional programs. A less obvious strength: she pairs rigorous public health training and program design with practical engineering-minded product delivery, enabling secure data collaboration where policy, regulation, and technology intersect.
