Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolKate Sosedova is a Senior Product Designer based in Berlin with a decade of experience crafting UX/UI for web and mobile across B2B and B2C products. She currently shapes platform-wide consistency at Elastic, after building a design practice from scratch as the sole designer at Leapsome and designing high-volume consumer experiences at Yandex. Comfortable owning end-to-end product work, she pairs research-driven decision making with hands-on design system stewardship and shipping core flows like order creation and post-checkout experiences. Her background spans enterprise banking, agency work for major brands, and startups, giving her a rare mix of rigorous process and practical delivery. Notably, she has moved between leading design teams and being the lone designer on projects, proving she can scale practice, mentor others, and still dive into pixels and interaction details. Fluent in designing for complex systems, she focuses on making intricate workflows feel intuitive and discoverable.
