Senior🎓
Top SchoolKate Williams-spradlin is a Lead Software Engineer with 11 years of experience building resilient, customer-focused products across payments, billing, and cloud-native microservices. She excels at bridging product and engineering needs—designing APIs, reducing payout failures, and enabling self-service tooling—while championing team health through retrospectives, mentoring, and clear onboarding. Comfortable across Python/Django, React, AWS, Azure, and .NET stacks, she combines hands-on delivery with infrastructure and CI/CD automation experience. Kate favors pragmatic, iterative roadmaps over long-range dictates and invests in the “glue work” that makes cross-functional teams more than the sum of their engineers. Based in Nashville, she brings an archivist’s attention to documentation and process alongside a practical bias for solving real customer problems.
