Senior🎓
Top SchoolKathleen Langan is a seasoned software and technical program manager with 11 years focused on security, IT infrastructure, GRC, and risk programs at companies including Google, Lucid Motors, Microsoft, and Walmart Global Tech. She has led large-scale M&A integrations, identity and insider-risk initiatives, and zero trust/IAM implementations that improved visibility and reduced deployment times and risk exposure. Comfortable operating across engineering, governance, and operations, she designs audit-ready policies and change-management frameworks that align security tooling with business goals. Kathleen pairs hands-on systems experience—deploying tens of thousands of servers and managing multi-million dollar infrastructure projects—with strong communication and voiceover skills used to create engaging cybersecurity training. Now retired, she continues to tinker with software projects that capture her interest, bringing pragmatic, cross-functional judgement to complex technical programs.
