Senior🎓
Top SchoolKatie Edgar is a full-stack developer with eight years of hands-on experience building and evolving web applications at Power Home Remodeling, where she progressed from student developer to senior-level full-stack engineer. Based in Philadelphia, she blends practical product-facing experience—gained earlier in customer and technical roles at Apple and in marketing—with robust software delivery skills, enabling pragmatic solutions that balance user needs and engineering constraints. Her background in New Media and Advertising informs a strong sense for design, usability, and clear communication across cross-functional teams. She favors end-to-end ownership, having moved through scheduling, inbound/outbound ops, and development roles that give her a rare operational empathy for product lifecycle impacts. Colleagues describe her tersely human GitHub presence as straightforward and approachable, reflecting a focus on substance over show. She’s known for turning ambiguous requirements into reliable features that delight customers and reduce operational friction.
