Top SchoolKatie Hindson is a computational ecologist turned data leader with 7 years of experience applying analytics to product and business problems across fintech and BI startups. She has led data and product teams at Lightdash and Monzo, building self-serve BI and data-informed product decisioning, and now works on data at Morse. Her academic background in computational ecology and quantitative biology underpins a strong quantitative intuition—she’s comfortable with large, messy datasets (her student work analysed over 16 million biometeorological observations). Katie also contributes to open-source documentation for Lightdash, improving onboarding and feature guides, showing a user-centered approach to technical communication.
