SeniorKauan Moreira is a technical software lead with 10 years of hands-on experience building full-stack, UX-focused web applications from responsive landing pages to microservice back ends. Based in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, he has evolved at Grupo Dimed from frontend developer to Líder Técnico de Software, driving omnichannel projects using Angular, React, Java (Spring), RxJS, NgRX and CI pipelines. He combines a frontend and UX sensibility with solid backend practices—TDD, Clean Code, design patterns, Docker and microservices—bridging product-facing interfaces and robust APIs. Comfortable with both relational and NoSQL databases, he also brings practical test coverage and BDD experience to improve reliability and maintainability. Currently completing a degree in Systems Analysis, he pairs academic study with daily leadership of engineering teams. A pragmatic technologist, he often brings marketing-aware frontend skills (SEO, lead capture) to enterprise-grade systems, which helps align UX and business outcomes.
