Top SchoolKaushal Panday is a Principal Customer Engagement Lead at Microsoft with roughly 10 years of deep experience enabling customers on Microsoft Cloud—particularly Azure App Services and reliability engineering. He has progressed from hands-on developer support and escalation roles to leading site reliability, customer onboarding, and large-scale engagement programs that grew a customer base from a handful to over 100. Kaushal excels at bridging engineering and business teams, owning end-to-end delivery, handling escalations, and aligning resources to customer priorities while tracking KPIs and burn rates. Based in Redmond, he pairs technical troubleshooting pedigree (IIS, ASP.NET, Azure App Services) with operational rigor and vendor/budget oversight. A less obvious strength is his track record of turning operational learnings into new service offerings and playbooks, evidenced by authoring white papers and scaling customer-facing models.
