Top SchoolKaushik Jadav is a Senior Software Engineer with 8 years of experience building scalable .NET Core APIs, microservices, and cloud-native systems, currently contributing at Globant from Ahmedabad. He has a strong startup and government background—leading a team at Liquidly to split a monolith into microservices that halved API latency and containerizing the backend for Kubernetes, and delivering a statewide grievance platform serving 70M+ people. Kaushik pairs pragmatic engineering with developer productivity improvements, having implemented Angular code generation that saved 100+ hours and processes that cut PR comments by 90%. He’s comfortable across stacks (Node.js, .NET, Angular) and focuses on performance and security, achieving OWASP compliance for State Data Center deployments. Curious about AI agents and DevOps, he blends hands-on implementation with system-level thinking to turn complex requirements into robust, production-ready services.
