Top SchoolKazunari Nakata is a Tokyo-based DevRel and front-end engineer with 11 years of experience bridging product, engineering, and community. He combines hands-on React/Next.js development and startup MVP know-how with strategic developer marketing, employer branding, and recruitment efforts across global teams. As a founder of Barloon and a former DevRel at LINE and LY Corporation, he designs and runs technical events, OSS sponsorships, and internal comms programs that turn abstract organizational challenges into repeatable practices. He has led product definition, user interviews, and scalable front-end architectures while also building engineering teams and developer-focused media. Comfortable switching between code and community, he often translates CTO-level strategy into practical developer-facing initiatives. An unexpected asset: his background in philosophy informs a structured, user-centered approach to product pre-verification and storytelling.
