Senior🎓
Top SchoolKeegan Rice is a product engineering leader with 11 years of hands-on software experience who now leads product engineering at CompanyCam while advising startups through Mohawk Advisors. He has a track record of launching MVPs and scaling early-stage companies, bridging practical engineering choices with business needs and avoiding common startup pitfalls. Technically grounded from roles building streaming trading platforms and web apps (Angular, NodeJS, WebSockets, RabbitMQ, .NET/C#), he blends full-stack experience with pragmatic product focus. Based in Charlotte, NC, he pairs entrepreneurial scrappiness—having owned a development shop that helped multiple startups grow—with a people-first leadership style informed by team coaching and delivery discipline. At home he’s a devoted husband and father, which he cites as a continual source of perspective when balancing short-term shipping and long-term maintainability.
