Top SchoolKeeley Erhardt is a technologist and entrepreneur with 11 years of experience building distributed systems, AI-driven decision tools, and data-intensive infrastructure, currently CEO and Co‑Founder of Strobe Power where she builds autonomous power-marketing systems to connect distributed energy resources to wholesale markets. She holds a PhD from MIT Media Lab studying AI for dynamic, graph-based networks and has translated that research into production-ready simulation and autonomous systems in regulated domains. Keeley has led engineering teams at startups and defense tech (including Director of Engineering at Rebellion Defense) and brings hands-on software engineering experience from roles at Improbable, Circle, and internships at the likes of Google, Apple, and Meta. Her work uniquely blends rigorous academic modeling with pragmatic operationalization—turning complex graph- and simulation-based models into tools that operate at infrastructure scale. Based in New York, she also contributes to policy and national security conversations as a CNAS fellow, reflecting a rare mix of technical depth, entrepreneurial drive, and public-interest engagement.
