Summary
👤
SeniorKeeron Huang is a Computer Engineering PhD student and teaching assistant with eight years of hands-on experience in autonomy, computer vision, and machine learning. He has driven research and engineering work across labs at UIUC and Zhejiang University, from hierarchical control for dual-arm robots to pixel-level geospatial dataset development and LLM-assisted geocomputation. Proficient in Python, C++, and SQL, he combines algorithm design with practical benchmarking and dataset engineering—authoring CityCraft-OSM variants and leading an ECCV workshop on autonomous driving perception. Keeron’s background spans ultrafast photonics-inspired algorithmic improvements and classroom mentorship in systems, linear algebra, and academic writing, showing an uncommon blend of theoretical insight, simulation-to-data tooling, and pedagogy. He is actively seeking internships or research roles where he can apply his interdisciplinary expertise to advance autonomous systems and intelligent mobility.
