Top SchoolKeith Toh is a Lead Software Architect based in Singapore with 11 years of experience building full-stack systems and AI-enabled products. He blends practical backend expertise in PostgreSQL and .NET with frontend work in Ember.js, Vue, and Angular to deliver measurable performance gains—most notably cutting RAG pipeline latency from 1200ms to 75ms. Keith has prototyped real-time voice and chatbot solutions using OpenAI models and Whisper, and has a track record of improving operational workflows and internal ERPs through close client collaboration. Comfortable across startups and enterprise settings, he also brings experience in data visualization (Power BI) and systems automation that reduce user friction and clicks. Not obvious from his bio: he repeatedly moves projects from prototype to production, focusing on pragmatic optimizations that unlock real-world value.
