Top SchoolKeith Williams is a pragmatic technology leader and current CTO at Rosslyn with nine years of formal experience delivering SaaS, cloud, and web products across startups and large enterprises. He progressed from developer and architect roles into management and senior engineering leadership at organisations including IRIS Software Group and Sun Strategy, blending hands-on technical depth with strategic delivery. Known for turning legacy systems into scalable SaaS and improving product delivery, he has repeatedly led engineering teams through transitions and growth. Based in York, UK, he combines a developer’s mentality with people-first management and a background that ranges from technical direction to interim team leadership.
