Summary
🎓
Top SchoolKerem Nalbant is a product-focused engineer with 7 years of experience turning ambiguous ideas into revenue-generating products, currently building at Black Forest Labs in Cologne. He blends hands-on development with product leadership, having led AI and data product efforts as Lead/Senior Product Engineer at epilot and as a founding engineer at Zelta AI (acquired by Pendo). Kerem favors questioning the "why" before designing solutions, which helps him align technical decisions with measurable business and user value. His background spans startups and scaleups, shipping 0-to-1 products across industries and productizing AI features into customer-facing capabilities. Based in Germany with a Computer Engineering degree from Ankara University, he pairs strategic thinking with practical execution and a knack for translating ML ideas into production-ready experiences. An under-the-radar strength is his consistent role bridging engineering and product strategy, making him as comfortable in architecture discussions as in go-to-market impact.
