Senior🎓
Top SchoolKerim Hanif is a Senior Program Manager with over two decades of hands-on experience building and shipping enterprise infrastructure and identity solutions, and eight years focused in senior program roles. At Microsoft he drove major shifts in product delivery—turning SCCM from a four-year to a four-month release cadence—and now leads Azure Stack HCI efforts that bridge on-premises and cloud operations. He combines deep technical understanding of telemetry, distribution, identity flows and hybrid cloud patterns with go-to-market experience enabling field partners and global on-site sales engineering. Kerim has repeatedly improved upgrade reliability and scale for products managing thousands of hosts and tens of thousands of VMs, and he brings rare cross-domain fluency spanning product, engineering, marketing and operations. A practiced public speaker, he’s presented at large events like Microsoft Ignite and built community and adoption programs from the ground up. Based in Kirkland, he blends pragmatic engineering with customer-focused product strategy, often surfacing non-obvious operational blockers (e.g., local non-routable domain identity issues) and driving them to resolution.
