Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolKetil Velle is a seasoned technology leader based in Oslo with 12 years at Bekk, progressing from consultant to manager and now Personalleder, blending people leadership with deep delivery experience. He started hands-on development early—interning with C#.NET and SharePoint/ASP.NET—so he understands both legacy enterprise stacks and modern team dynamics. At Bekk he has steered teams and talent development since 2015, translating technical challenges into sustainable delivery practices. Known for balancing empathy with execution, he focuses on growing engineers as much as shipping software. His long tenure at a single, consultancy-focused firm suggests strong client trust and an ability to adapt across projects and technologies.
