Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolKevin Baptiste is an experienced Odoo developer and consultant with seven years of hands-on experience, including leading a six-person R&D team at Odoo and contributing backend improvements to the flagship odoo/odoo repository. Based in Brussels, he now freelances on projects that range from custom modules and HR/payroll implementations to legacy clean-ups and API integrations, favoring pragmatic, clean solutions without overengineering. His background spans deep technical work (Python, JS, ORM, migrations) and client-facing roles, so he can both implement complex features and explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders. Notably, he has direct product-level insight into Odoo’s HR apps, meaning he often recognizes framework idioms and long-term implications that typical contractors miss.
