Top SchoolKevin Dias is a founder and seasoned software leader with 14 years of experience building mission-driven SaaS products at the intersection of language, healthcare, and operations. He has led end-to-end development of EMR and teletherapy platforms that scaled clinical teams and improved pediatric therapy workflows, and previously created novel translation marketplaces and tools that were acquired by ProZ.com. Kevin combines product-first problem framing with hands-on engineering—shiping pragmatic, user-focused systems from Ruby on Rails to complex matching engines like Nakōdo. He’s comfortable moving between startups and operational scale-ups, having grown teams and products that prioritize ethical design and reduced user friction. Based in Tochigi Prefecture, Japan, he brings a background in finance and education to inform practical, data-informed product decisions. A repeat founder who values slowing down to map real problems, he designs software to simplify the work of specialists rather than adding complexity.
