Top SchoolKevin J is a seasoned technology and operations executive with 13 years of experience scaling healthcare and SaaS businesses through a rare blend of hands-on engineering and strategic leadership. As a former CTO and COO who has driven product pivots, integrations, and M&A outcomes, he has helped companies reach millions of users and materially increase valuation through technology-led growth. He excels at translating strategy into operational rhythms—building teams, roadmaps, and governance that turned complex healthcare platforms into market-fit, profitable offerings. Comfortable in the stack, Kevin has repeatedly moved from architecting systems and writing code to running $10–$23M technology budgets and delivering double-digit EBITDA margins. Based in Nashville, he pairs a builder’s mindset with executive rigor, often acting as the operational glue that aligns product, tech, and commercial teams. An underrated strength is his track record of rebuilding engineering organizations quickly to unlock new markets and acquisition value.
