Top SchoolKevin Ji is a Member of Technical Staff at Anthropic and a UC Berkeley EECS and Applied Mathematics graduate with 14 years of software experience spanning startups and finance. He has co-founded and led engineering at early-stage ventures (Eclipse Labs, Triple Finance) and driven production systems and compliance tooling as a tech lead at Jane Street. Comfortable across the stack, Kevin contributes to both front-end UX improvements on widely used open-source projects like Reddit Enhancement Suite and Wikimedia Twinkle and backend systems such as Solana's test validator and faucet. He blends hacker curiosity with disciplined engineering—refactoring legacy code, modernizing interfaces, and adding robust limits and testing features to blockchain tooling. Based in San Francisco, he pairs entrepreneurial grit with a track record of shipping reliable, maintainable software in high-stakes environments. An often-overlooked strength is his repeated focus on code quality and usability, from meta tags and templates to complex rate-limiting logic.
