Top SchoolKevin Lau is a product manager with 11 years of cross-functional experience building user-centered software across AI, PLG/B2B SaaS, consumer, marketplace, edtech, healthtech, and fintech domains. He’s led product and growth for AI-driven developer productivity platforms and creator tools—most recently as a product lead at Graphite (acquired by Cursor) and now driving agentic developer productivity at Cursor. Former engineering and design training plus hands-on early-stage coding at multiple Series A startups give him a rare combination of technical fluency and UX rigor, evidenced by leading editor, search, and code review products at Tome, Instacart, and Uber. Outside work he makes films about product management, co-hosts a podcast on communication and relational intelligence, and has a track record of building community (co-founding Hack the North) and connecting talent to rocketship startups.
