Senior🎓
Top SchoolKévin Pérard is a founder and engineering leader with 11 years of experience building production-grade web, mobile, and game platforms from Montreal to Hanoi. He started as a software engineer and scaled that hands-on expertise into two startups—nelinelo, an e-commerce platform that reached 2,000+ users and earned media coverage, and neliSoftwares, a 50-engineer team delivering 25+ projects for fintech, gaming, e-commerce and creative tech. Kévin specializes in senior-led, outcome-driven teams that ship fast without sacrificing maintainability, avoiding costly rewrites by producing scalable code from day one. His background spans individual contributor roles at respected firms and founder-led product strategy, giving him rare empathy for both builders and executives. Based in Hà Nội, he still takes the first client call himself—emphasizing founder-to-founder relationships rather than sales pitches. Not obvious from titles: his startup exit lessons come from living through the full go-to-market and media-cycle of a regional consumer product, which informs how he helps other founders avoid common operational pitfalls.
