Senior🎓
Top SchoolKevin Peter is a Staff Software Engineer with 13 years of experience building scalable backend services, full‑stack web applications, and CI/CD pipelines across AWS serverless and traditional stacks. He blends hands-on development in TypeScript, Node.js, Java, and C# with technical leadership—former associate engineering manager and tech lead roles where he mentored teams, shaped architecture, and reduced AWS costs by 50%. Kevin has shipped player-facing and internal tooling features that measurably improved retention and usability, and he’s comfortable owning the end-to-end lifecycle from design and documentation to deployment and monitoring. He favors collaboration and knowledge sharing, having introduced modern practices and training programs that changed team culture at client organizations. Based in Elk Grove, CA, he pairs practical engineering rigor with a curiosity for writing and learning new things—skills honed earlier during a software internship in Germany that also strengthened his German. Currently at Novaprime, he continues to focus on high‑value work that scales.
