Top SchoolKevin Poli is a Senior Pipeline Technical Director and creative technologist with nine years of experience blending computer science and visual arts to build tooling and pipelines for VFX, motion graphics, and game development. Trained at Stevens Institute of Technology, he pairs strong mathematical foundations and engineering fluency—comfortable in Emacs or Cinema 4D—to deliver custom integrations, cloud infrastructure, and automation that accelerate artist workflows. He founded a university-backed ML toolkit for rotoscoping and has applied machine learning to visual effects and experimental 3D volume research. As a freelancer he produced end-to-end video and motion projects, including work for a Grammy-winning artist, giving him both technical depth and hands-on production sensibility. Based in New York, he thrives at the intersection of code and craft, often creatively rigging art pipelines to turn repetitive tasks into generative tools.
