Senior🎓
Top SchoolKevin Vanderbeken is a System Architect with 11 years of experience designing and delivering user-focused, cross-platform web and application solutions from Brisbane, Australia. He blends strong front-end craftsmanship (HTML5, JavaScript, Angular/React, responsive design) with backend and infrastructure skills (Node.js, RHEL automation) to independently drive new product development and platform growth. Kevin has led and transformed teams into agile, scrum-based organizations and regularly represents products at international launches and meetups—he’s organized the Brisbane JavaScript meetup since 2013. A designer at heart with formal creative industries training, he pairs aesthetic sensitivity with pragmatic engineering, experimenting with emerging platforms like Electron, PhoneGap and JavaScript-on-hardware. He’s equally comfortable mentoring teams, shipping production systems at PCCW Global, and tinkering publicly as a maker/photographer who loves to discuss and learn.
