Senior🎓
Top SchoolKevin Wei is an Application Architect with 11 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise web, mobile and GIS solutions across Canadian federal and municipal agencies and the private sector. He has led architecture and integration efforts—MDM, ODM, Datastage ETL, RESTful APIs and SSO/PKI—at organizations including the Canada Border Services Agency, City of Ottawa and Signority. Kevin blends hands-on Java/Oracle/WebLogic and ESRI expertise with modern mobile and cloud patterns, having built responsive native apps, OpenData ETL pipelines and complex system integrations (Stripe, Salesforce, SharePoint). He’s comfortable translating mission-critical requirements into secure, scalable architectures and has repeatedly introduced first-of-kind projects (e.g., the City of Ottawa’s first responsive/native inspection app and Datastage-driven OpenData pipeline). Based in Ottawa, he pairs academic depth (MSc/BS in Computer Science from Carleton) with practical delivery across government and commercial environments.
