Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolKhunpon H is an experienced engineering supervisor based in Pluak Daeng, Thailand, with nine years in manufacturing and new model development for automotive and electronics suppliers. He has progressed from R&D and process engineering roles to leading ME teams, specializing in assembly line setup, PFMEA/control plans, IATF16949-aligned quality documentation, and cross-department production coordination. His strengths lie in turning new product specifications into robust production processes, tooling and jig design, and driving continuous improvement to boost efficiency and product quality. Hands-on familiarity with PLC-based assembly checks and machine installation complements his supervisory and project-control capabilities. Unusually for a manufacturing lead, he also contributes to software-focused open-source work—modifying network-level behavior in a popular Spotify ad-blocking repo—showing a pragmatic curiosity for low-level systems and automation. He combines technical breadth across mechanical, electrical, and process domains with practical leadership that keeps complex production programs on schedule.
