👤
SeniorKien Ngoc is an engineering lead and blockchain specialist with over 12 years in software development and 6+ years focused on blockchain, currently leading The GrowHub Vietnam R&D hub building a supply-chain traceability platform. He combines hands-on expertise in Golang, Python and Solidity with cloud-native orchestration (AWS, Kubernetes, ArgoCD) to design end-to-end architectures, CI/CD, and secure smart contract integrations. Previously he led Ronin’s infrastructure and protocol work at Sky Mavis—reducing finality times, revamping bridges post-breach, and building Skynet to offload RPC pressure—demonstrating practical experience at the intersection of scalability, security and decentralization. Comfortable managing cross-functional teams, he pairs product-oriented leadership with deep technical contributions across backend, frontend, DevSecOps and data layers. Notably, he has a track record of adapting core blockchain primitives (EVM mods, consensus designs) to real-world interoperability and supply-chain use cases.
