Top SchoolKim Pepper is a seasoned technical director and co-founder with 17 years of experience building scalable web applications and leading Australia's premium Drupal agency, PreviousNext. A UNSW computer science graduate, he blends hands-on engineering—Java, Ruby on Rails, large-throughput ad systems—and strategic agency leadership to deliver enterprise Drupal solutions for top Australian organisations. Kim has been a steady Drupal core contributor since 2009, routinely submitting patches and shaping the ecosystem while also consulting on high-scale architectures and HL7 integrations earlier in his career. He is comfortable moving between code, architecture and client-facing roles, and has a history of shipping high-performance systems for global publishers and healthcare. Based in Sydney, he pairs deep CMS expertise with a practical focus on scalability and reliability, and still spends spare time contributing to Drupal core and contrib projects.
