Senior🎓
Top SchoolKirill Byvshev is a Lead Software Engineer with over a decade of experience delivering resilient, high-throughput systems across FinTech, logistics, enterprise software and data services. He has spent the last several years leading backend teams, owning architecture decisions, and evolving platforms from modular monoliths to AWS-based microservices while raising standards for diagrams, OpenAPI and delivery predictability. Notable achievements include scaling an ID generation service from 2k to 40k RPS, cutting cloud resource usage up to 4x with a reactive stack, and architecting a core wallet platform with integrated KYC/OCR and a bespoke GSM gateway to reduce external SMS dependency. Equally comfortable in hands-on engineering and technical leadership, he mentors teams of 4–7 engineers and drives R&D to turn proofs-of-concept into production-ready capabilities. Based in Tbilisi, he combines deep systems thinking with a pragmatic focus on cost, reliability and rapid, compliant delivery.
