Senior🎓
Top SchoolKirill Matrosov is a seasoned frontend-focused engineering leader with 11 years of experience building and scaling consumer-facing products, currently leading a cross-functional team at Avito. He blends hands-on expertise in React/Redux/TypeScript, Flutter/Dart enthusiasm, and backend work in Go to deliver end-to-end solutions from UI to BFF. At Avito he owns OKRs, roadmaps, product metrics and technical design while mentoring engineers and shaping frontend architecture across units. Previously he led teams in finance and enterprise contexts, driving frontend career models, workshops, and interviewing processes—evidence of his emphasis on people growth as much as technical delivery. Colleagues would notice his unusual mix of mobile UI passion (Flutter) alongside production Golang backend contributions, making him a pragmatic full‑stack lead who ships and sustains complex marketplace features.
