Top SchoolKirill Sereda is a Java backend engineer with 9 years of experience specializing in cloud-native microservices, reactive systems, and distributed messaging. He has repeatedly delivered production-grade platforms for finance and insurance customers using Spring Cloud/Netflix OSS, WebFlux/RxJava, Kafka, Kubernetes and NoSQL datastores. Comfortable across the full delivery lifecycle, Kirill pairs hands-on coding with CI/CD, observability and DevOps work—drawing on earlier network engineering experience to troubleshoot complex infrastructure. He runs a technical blog and founded a Russian Netflix OSS community, showing a habit of knowledge-sharing beyond day-to-day engineering. Currently based in Minsk, he is focused on scalable backend architectures and pragmatic, test-driven feature delivery.
