Top SchoolKirill Trofimov is a Workplace Automation Architect with 9 years of hands-on experience designing and automating infrastructure and operational workflows across cloud and on-prem environments. He progressed from system administrator roles to architect-level responsibilities at Hapag-Lloyd, driving CI/CD acceleration, infrastructure-as-code adoption, and cost optimizations using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Helm and Docker. Comfortable across AWS, GCP and Linode, he has led migrations (SVN→Git, Debian upgrades) and built resilient provisioning pipelines that reduced technical debt and operational overhead. Kirill pairs customer-facing support and team mentoring with deep scripting and automation skills, having also onboarded and trained administrators. Based in Gdańsk, he blends a pragmatic engineering mindset with a focus on improving developer experience and maintaining a healthy work–life balance. An often-overlooked strength is his background in frontline medical service and operations, which honed his calm decision-making under pressure.
