Top SchoolKirill Yakovenko is a customer-focused product consultant and former engineer with 15+ years in software product development, currently helping companies build devtools and professional software at Evil Martians from Lisbon. Kirill has led delivery and transformation efforts at startups and service teams—mentoring engineers, restructuring delivery processes, and enabling a startup acquisition by Arctic Wolf. Comfortable in flat, cross-functional teams, he excels at translating user problems into measurable product outcomes and embedding user satisfaction metrics into the lifecycle.
