Senior🎓
Top SchoolKiryl Bahdanau is a Principal AI Architect and strategic advisor with 25 years of hands-on experience turning C-suite AI visions into production-grade, low-risk reality for enterprises ($500M+ revenue). He specializes in bridging the “last mile gap” between board-level ambition and legacy systems (SAP, Salesforce, banking) by running fixed-fee AI readiness assessments, overseeing high-stakes pilots, and implementing governed AI development practices. A crisis-tested engineering leader, he has led global teams, delivered a 1000x search performance improvement, and cut onboarding ramp-up and CI/CD errors through rigorous guardrails. Independent and metric-driven, he sells clarity and risk reduction rather than vendor promises, helping organizations avoid “innovation theater” and shadow-AI risks. Based in Ghent and operating across US/EU time zones, he combines deep enterprise integration experience with a pragmatic playbook for shifting teams from legacy pyramids to AI-augmented, high-leverage structures.
