Top SchoolKlaudia Grzondziel is a Senior Technical Writer with 8 years of experience turning complex technical concepts into clear, user-focused documentation for both open-source and commercial products. At Travelping she built the documentation function from scratch—creating strategy, guidelines, and a custom docs portal while growing the team and advocating for accessible writing. Previously at SAP she scaled documentation practices for the Kyma project, led content initiatives, and stepped into Scrum Master and hiring roles, blending content craft with process leadership. Klaudia favors flexible tooling like Markdown with GitHub/GitLab over DITA CMS and is actively experimenting with AI and LLMs to streamline review workflows and build product-aware writing assistants. She also writes about her technical writing journey on dev.to, bringing a communicator’s perspective informed by translation experience and cross-functional collaboration.
