Top SchoolKleber Silva is a Senior Software Engineer and seasoned game developer with 17 years in the industry and over a decade of professional experience delivering commercial and serious games. He excels as the “glue” of cross-functional teams—streamlining pipelines, integrating difficult assets, and building modular tools that accelerate delivery and reduce friction between design, art, and engineering. As a hands-on lead he shipped market-leading slot games and game frameworks, helped junior-heavy teams scale to ship 50+ titles, and co-founded a studio that published critically acclaimed, revenue-generating games. Kleber’s strength is spotting and fixing the small process and technical inconsistencies that cause major delays, informed by time spent working closely with each discipline across companies. Now based in Santa Catarina, Brazil, he blends deep engine- and UI-level expertise with pragmatic leadership, often stepping into production, design, or tooling roles as needed. Colleagues rely on him not just for code but for rescuing projects and making teams more effective.
