Senior🎓
Top SchoolKoleen BP is a founder and senior engineer with nine years of experience building product-focused software and blockchain solutions from the Philippines. She currently leads MedixAI, an AI-native clinical platform tackling paper-driven workflows in independent Filipino clinics, and simultaneously drives developer-friendly blockchain education as Lead Developer at Bitskwela. Her background spans enterprise consulting and development roles at Accenture, Deloitte, and major utilities, giving her a solid track record of delivering production systems and navigating regulated environments. Koleen pairs full‑stack engineering skills (Free Code Camp training) with applied distributed ledger expertise, having held DLT leadership roles in both corporate and startup contexts. She’s pragmatic about shipping MVPs—MedixAI already onboarded a dozen-plus physicians—and brings an entrepreneurial knack for translating operational pain points into technically elegant products. Based in San Juan, she blends global consultancy experience with hands-on startup execution and a curiosity for web3 interoperability beyond the obvious.
