Kollan House
Summary
👤
SeniorKollan House is a founder and operator with 11 years of experience building crypto-native businesses, DeFi products, and validator/NFT infrastructure while leading cross-functional teams. Currently co-founder at MetaDAO and Sentries and Head of DeFi at Toa Capital Partners, he blends an engineering mindset with hands-on product and operational leadership across startups and funds. Early management experience running a 20-person team at UPS informs his pragmatic approach to scaling ventures and operations. He pairs curiosity-driven tinkering—“hacking things together” on GitHub—with formal engineering training in mechanical engineering, aiming to solve large, real-world problems rather than pursue quick wins. An unusual through-line in his career is a childhood fascination with spacecraft operations that continues to motivate long-term, ambitious projects alongside immediate impact work.
